Services

Five things we do.

Every job starts the same way. We work out the problem, the users and the limits, then the work takes whichever of these shapes it needs.

01 / web

Web applications

Products people sit in all day. Shops, dashboards, marketplaces, portals, internal admin. TypeScript from the database to the browser, a real design system with documented components, and rendering chosen per screen rather than by habit.

  • Product shaping
  • Design system
  • API and data model
  • Auth and permissions
  • Payments
  • Tests and CI

02 / mobile

Mobile applications

iOS and Android. We pick native or React Native based on what the app does with the device, and we explain the reasoning before either one is written. Offline state, sync conflicts, push, deep links and store review are planned into the build. They are not discovered during it.

  • SwiftUI
  • Jetpack Compose
  • React Native
  • Offline-first sync
  • Push and deep links
  • Store submission

03 / seo

SEO and performance

Most sites get built first and optimised later, which is why the fix is always expensive. We do it during the build. Server-rendered pages, clean URLs, real headings, structured data, sitemaps, fast loads on a mid-range phone.

You also get the parts people forget. Redirects that survive a redesign, canonical tags that stop your own pages competing, and analytics wired up so you can see what changed after launch.

  • Server rendering
  • Core Web Vitals
  • Structured data
  • Sitemaps and redirects
  • Metadata at scale
  • Analytics

04 / ai features

AI inside the product

Assistants, search that works on meaning, agents that call your real tools, and bulk jobs no person should be doing by hand. Built with the parts that keep them working: an evaluation set before anything ships, retrieval you can measure, a cost and speed budget, and a fallback for the day it gets something wrong in public.

Worked examples are on the home page, including writing meta tags across a catalogue too large to do by hand.

  • Assistants and agents
  • Search on meaning
  • Retrieval over your data
  • Bulk content jobs
  • Evaluation sets

05 / foundations

Design systems and rebuilds

Sometimes the product exists and the problem is that every screen was designed twice. We pull a token set and a component library out of what you already have, write it down, and move the interface onto it a piece at a time while the product keeps shipping.

  • Token set and type scale
  • Component library
  • WCAG AA pass
  • Step-by-step migration
  • Handover docs

Terms

The same on every job.

One price, agreed up front
We quote the project, not an hourly rate. The number changes only when you change what you asked for, and we tell you what it will cost before we do the work.
The code is yours
Your repository, your accounts, your infrastructure, from the first commit. No hosted layer you have to keep renting from us and nothing you need our permission to change.
What we turn down
On-chain work, games, ad-tech, embedded firmware, and rescuing a codebase that is already on fire with a deadline that has already passed. Being new is not a reason to take everything. We will point you somewhere better if we can.

Which one is yours?

If you are not sure, describe the problem instead of the solution. Working that out is part of the first conversation.
